Decent pizza, but when they renovated the interior, they didn't touch what should have been a centerpiece, the pizza buffet, leaving it in a corner, with a salad bar, leaving untouched one of the weirdest buffet layouts. If you go with a group, like we have, you end up standing in sort of a line in the middle of the dining area, right in front of the entrance to another room in which the bathrooms are.

The salad bar is basic to a fault, with individual containers for dressing, unlabeled, like you'd grab if you were taking out. The fixings, themselves, for a salad are truly utility first, with so little to choose from, that it ends up being filler, not a meal choice.

Now, all of that would be merely quirky, if not for the fact that I've gone for lunch (like I said, the pizza is decent) and found that they didn't have pizza out yet. So much for a pizza buffet that makes for a quick lunch option.

They do offer to make whatever pizza you want off of their menu, for the buffet, but (again) as quickly as they can make it, there's a wait.

They also seem to be understaffed most of the time, which wouldn't be a problem if all you did was go to the buffet, but when you want to leave, you have to actively try to get somebody to bring you a check... There's no obvious register to go to, to pay. I'd suggest that they collect, up front for the buffet, and then leave you alone (which they're already doing to their detriment).

Maybe this location doesn't do enough business to merit changes to make it a more pleasant experience, but it's the longtime home of Aubree's expanding chain of restaurants... This should be where they show what the Aubree's vision for a neighborhood bar/pizza joint is, as a model for other locations. It ends up looking tired, in the way Kmarts looked before being shut down, despite having been recently "updated" with paint and fixtures.

    It's sad, really.

The worst thing you can say about this place is that it is a bit basic. The food is good for the price and they have nice seasonal menu items. The feta bread is superb (skip the deep dish, it's indistinguishable from the standard and a $1 more). It's great on Friday nights because you don't have to wait a half hour like everywhere else in Depot town, but it's still a totally good place to grab a bite.

I made my own pizza. It was AMAZING!! Lots of pizza options. The environment is pretty good too. The music is decent, there are plenty of TVs near the bar area and the lighting is pretty good. Most importantly the waiter was excellent. Can't wait to go back to experience more of what Aubree's has to offer.

Delicious gluten free pizza at an amazing price!! Found a golden egg during a giveaway. Received a coupon for the pizza. Server was super polite. The manager came out and spoke to us as well. Overall a great experience. Will visit again when i come to town!

I was so surprised to find that in addition to fabulous pizza, you can get wonderfully creative entrees. We had a roasted beet salad and Coconut Grove chicken and both were great. I love the relaxed atmosphere. They offer a nice selection of draft beers. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive, but service can be slow at times. There's a nice big bar area and plenty of TV screens. There's Keno too. A really fun place.
