    Their Guatamalen breakfast is the real deal. Wonderful people, wonderful place. nothing fancy, just the real thing!

    All the food was excellent -- the pork entree was exceptional. The horchata was great too; will return to try other dishes...

    I love this little hole in the wall place. Everything I have had here has been delicious. Today I tried the Guatemalan Breakfast and can't wait to have it again.

    We got Chili Rellenos. It was very tasty. Also got fried plantains with cream for an appetizer, delicious. We were offered hot sauce, and it came in a small bowl, very spicy and added a nice kick to the food. It's a small place, clean, and the waitress was very kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience.

    I live 725 miles away from Ypsilanti. I drove in yesterday to be here for my brother's surgery tomorrow. I picked Encuentro Latino Restaurant. There rating was good , I never ate there before or that style of food. The food was great and everyone working there was very nice. I would recommend to anyone I enjoyed it. Glenn
