Boulder's Bistro & Brew

LOVE this place for an Eastern Market pre-game! Super friendly folks make it great, and the food was good too. Nice big covered lanai to sit on in nice weather. Plus they have an ingenious system that lets you pour your own beer so you can sample as many different kinds as you like. I don’t drink myself, but the member of our party who does loved the beer and being able to sample a bunch of different kinds.

Had a great time here. Staff showed me the ropes. Plenty of beers taste! Going back soon to try food and more beer!

Possibly the most friendly owner/manager/staff I’ve ever encountered. Super helpful explaining the self-serve taps, knowledgeable about their beers, attentive without being a nuisance. Food is a little bit pricy for the quantity and type. Generally not a great value, but still delicious. Super convenient to hang out after climbing next door.

Great place to try all kinds of beers and ciders and just be able to pay for a couple sips to see if you like them instead of having to experiment with a whole pint. Nice!

Love the self-pour concept, as you can try out drinks without a large glass commitment. Both the peach cider and shandy I tried were fantastic. Pizza was also really good and the menu had plenty of vegetarian and healthy options. Service was friendly, but still working out the kinks (which is expected). Overall, I'm just glad this is here. Now that Dyno has booze and food next door, there is no reason for me to ever go home.
