(July 10, 2019, 12:37 am)Hidden treasure! What a gem of a local hot spot. Stopped in for dinner and a brew. Shrimp & Perch Basket was a delight. Lightly battered, plump shrimp and generous cuts of freshwater perch fried to perfection. Paired with a Detroit brewed - Cornerman Red Ale, I was not disappointed. The service is also personal and top-notch. Luke gave us pleasant conversation and wonderful local stories.

(July 6, 2019, 5:59 pm)Had a good time here, the owner (?) and staff (two sisters) were very friendly and provided good service. I had a reuben burger, which was awesome and another in our party had the perch and shrimp, which was the only issue - the perch wasn't even close to crispy/crunchy.

(July 2, 2019, 3:02 pm)I really like this place. Super comfortable, friendly staff and good food. I'd recommend sticking to the soup and fried fish, as I have found those to be their better dishes. Very good tartar sauce, and the Cajun fish and chips is quite good.
