“Really nice place to do study work or just hang out with friends. The coffee is awesome and the atmosphere is good. I usually get iced lattes or some kind of cake. They change decor often to make holidays and that’s really cool. They have a friendly atmosphere with nice staff. I come her a lots. I love that they stay open longer for Ramadan, it’s very helpful when you need coffee”

“In terms of the subs, they definitely got the best ones in the area. Customer care can be much better by adding additional staff. For example, if you are on the line for 5 min to order, and at the same time someone calls to order, they will take the phone order first, regardless of the time you are waiting. Also most of the time there are not any napkins, salts or sauces on the tables. Another point is, this restaurant usually charges dine-in customers after they finish their food. Since this is an unusual pattern in the states, it might make confusion and some people leave by mistake without paying.”

On my first time there, it was their grand opening, and everything was superb. The food, the service and the atmosphere was all marvelous. I went there again recently and didn't know what to order, so the young lady who brought me my menu suggested a chicken entree. I took a picture for proof. The portion, presentation and taste was gratifying. Like a hungry wolf, I ate the entire plate in addition to the salad (I forgot to take a picture of the salad). “Below are my pics! I’ll give my personal experience of the food. —Traditional wings like the Hooters we all know...Excellent!!! —The sides: Potato tots and Fried pickles were good. Next time I would ask to cook them longer. —the Shrimp with the wing sauce….Excellent!!! —Boneless Wings: Excellent!!! ---The Waffle fries: Excellent!!! The side sauces...hot buffalo, ghost pepper and the ranch...perfect!!! The place was set-up pretty good...plenty of tables to sit with all the condiments. The bathroom was clean, the bathroom door was right-on. ---It was push-out to leave instead of using the handle to pull. The employees looked enthusiastic,....I hope they can keep them.”

“Been a few times now. Very vibrant interior. Relaxed and friendly staff. Lotsa great sauces to choose from.. I noticed another review said the wings were small. I didn't run into that, but I am a boneless guy. Fries were pretty good too. My GF loved the Ranch seasoned fries. Drinks are by the bottle, so no free refills. They got a shake maker, but I have yet to try it, and I didn't see it priced online.”

“I'm kinda torn on what to rate to be honest. The food is absolutely amazing, however, it can be inconsistent in how well it is made and quality. The majority of the time, the food is made very well and the quality of the chicken is great! Sometimes though, the food is burnt, dry (chicken tenders, fried chicken, okra, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers), and sometimes the pieces of fried chicken and chicken tenders are small, with very little meat. When you combine that with burnt & dry, it is very disappointing especially being that I usually spent $43.50 on my usual order there for my family. I haven't bothered to try calling to complain because we still eat it anyways because I'm not about to take it all back up there when my kids are hungry and looking forward to Captain Jay's. One thing that really irritates me though more than anything is when I ask for an extra little side of the lemon pepper seasoning and they say they don't have it, when you know they do - or especially when I order it, pay for it, but they don't actually give it to me. There was also one time they forgot to hand me back my cards, and I went through absolute heck trying to retrieve them. I KNEW that's where I left them, and the manager that was there the next morning to open was 15 minutes late, and he couldn't find them. I asked him if he could go back and look again, and he still didn't see them. I asked him to contact the drive thru cashier from the day before that was at the window at 4:30, bc they had to have put it somewhere. He said he couldn't get a hold of her. I told him I wasn't leaving until I had them, then he went back again and found them. It was SO stressful, and shows just how disorganized the office area must be. I've worked in restaurants and anytime a card is left, that card goes straight to the manager and gets put in a secure spot where nobody else can get them. It was very concerning he had no idea where they were and it took him 3 separate times of entering the room/area and searching to locate them”
