“This was one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. We were served with tortilla chips, salsa, and guacamole immediately, which were freshly made and delicious. This restaurant had the fastest service I’ve ever had as dinner was served in just about 10 minutes. My birria tacos were savory and outstanding, and went great with the refried beans, rice, and cup of consommé. The side of grilled jalapeños was spicy and salty. My guests thought their quesadilla and chimichanga were absolutely delicious. Their tres leches cake was the best tasting moist and fluffy cake I’ve ever had. I ordered entirely in Spanish to the waiter, who was very attentive and friendly. The prices were amazing for the quality and quantity of the food. I highly recommend this new Mexican restaurant!”

“Great taste and service! It’s a Perfect place to take your family out for lunch/dinner ! They do dine-in and carryouts. You can also find the restaurant on DoorDash and Ubereats. They also do deliveries, which is awesome! Their butter chicken and garlic naan are my favorites. Employees are also very nice. :) they have a pretty big parking lot on the side of the restaurant including some handicap parking spots. Can’t wait to take my family out for dinner again !”

“I found this place to be a bit on the greasy side and if you are vegetarian, you have few options. They don't even do a slice of cheese pizza. I got the garden salad which was $8 if I recall. It was all iceberg lettuce with some tomatoes and processed cheese thrown in. Maybe this is the place to go for meaty subs and big pizzas, couldn't tell you. But that salad was sad, thus the score.”

The food is great - try the tender veal, or the oil & garlic pasta (add chicken or shrimp) for a value meal - but the atmosphere is what makes it shine; it's dark enough to feel romantic, with a separate dining room side for a less casual evening. Large portions and hot bread at every table. The long bar is great for sports or just enjoying a glass. They have 4 or 5 taps along with a wine list, and the tiramisu is fantastic.”

“Enjoyed our evening with best friends at Atwater in the Park. Our group sampled many of the beers and some of the food. The huge hot and salty German Pretzel with three kinds of cheese was a hit. The sausage dishes and my chicken and waffles were very good. I'm not really a beer drinker. On a warm day, I do like a crisp sparkling cider. They had one cider beer on the menu. Not very sparkling, but good enough for me. The beer connoisseurs in our group enjoyed tasting their way around the menu. The dogs were treated to ice water and really enjoyed their night out with their owners.”

“Haven't been to this place in over 10yrs. It was nice to be back in my old neighborhood and enjoy a delicious meal. The food was prepared exactly the way I wanted. The turkey sausage was thick and not too spicy. White grits with cheese and I didn't have to add black pepper. Rye toast and eggs were fresh and warm. My date had corned beef hash with eggs over medium. He enjoyed every bite and even stole one of my turkey sausages! The atmosphere was how I remembered, warm and family friendly. They've added liquor to the menu so my coffee with Bailey's was a nice treat. I'm not always in this area because I live so far, but I'll be sure to come back and try some lunch or dinner menu items.”
