Gorgeous location! Food was quite good, I had a mushroom & swiss burger with waffle fries. The burger was very tasty, with the exception of the bun, and the waffle fries would have been better without the coating. My wife really liked her soup! There was no real wait staff to speak of, we had to go to the front counter to order your food.
The prices are a bit higher also, but I understand location location location. 😊

We stopped here for our anniversary dinner while on a trip up north. My husband had the Wild Burger and I had the Mushroom & Swiss Burger. Hands down the best burger I have had and the waffle fries were perfect. I’m still dreaming of that garlic aioli. We will definitely be back!

Epic meal, aided by magical live music. Had Irish beef stew, which turned out to be the BEST stew I've ever eaten. Other family members enjoyed pizza. Kids loved pizza w/fruit. Like everyone says, pretzel bites are great - but probably priced high.

We really enjoyed our breakfast at Cascade Restaurant. The vegetarian breakfast sandwich was delicious and is served with a plant-based egg alternative, Beyond sausage, and avocado; the pancakes were some of the fluffiest I’ve ever experienced (the picture really doesn’t do it justice).

If you need a quality meal on the north shore, be sure to check out this quaint roadside eatery - you will not be disappointed!

This is a better than typical eatery on the north shore near Lutsen. The breakfasts are good, the servings are large, and the menu has a lot of choices. We only ate here for breakfast. Coffee is served in a big carafe.

You pick up a menu by the door, and order and pay at the register. The food comes out fast. All the egg dishes were pretty good, as was the cinnamon bun. Don't get the apple fritter french toast. It was soggy and not particularly redeeming.
