Food was good. Different from any other resturants that you go to. Waitress was very nice, didn't have wait long for our food, for a packed house.
Fantastic local family breakfast and lunch spot. Small / quaint and quirky decor and old school memorabilia on the walls. Family owned and great friendly staff who are very attentive and polite and great service each and every time we have visited. My boyfriend raves about the Denver omelet and says it is by far the best he has had. Eggs Benedict seems like a favorite too. Good coffee and great overall breakfast spot in eagan. Reasonably priced. We will keep coming and recommend to friends!
Family and I went there for lunch. My husband and I split the steak & cheese omelette. We had the premium one which came with mushrooms and green bell pepper. It was delicious and very tasty. The father-in-law ordered the eggs benedict and was very pleased with it. The mother-in-law had eggs & sausages, also very satisfied with the food. The service was good and the staff were nice. We'll go back to try their burgers next time. Yummm!
Friendly, prompt service! Philly sandwich was delicious! They made me feel like I was going home for a meal. A must try spot!
Wanted to love this place. The reviews were great and we went in very hungry. We just arrived in Minnesota and had to find a place to make up for missing breakfast due to an early flight and tight connection.
Don't get me wrong, food was decent but portions were ridiculously large which usually isn't a problem but you pay for it.
Asked for some homemade hash with 2 eggs and toast and the plate must of had over a pound of chopped up "hash meat" mixed in with shredded potato and some onion. It was good for the first 5 bites then the realty set in... couldn't eat 1/4 of it. Actually felt guilty knowing that the rest would be thrown own so shoveled in too many more forkfuls and it changed the taste dynamic.
Coffee wasn't delicious but it's a diner so didn't expect it to be. On a good note, the toast was spectacular and the service was excellent. The cook stopped by and the lady serving was super pleasant.
Cost almost $40 for the two of us to get 2 breakfasts and a coffee.
In the end, the place would be better served cutting down on the portion size for the hash and upgrading the potato component.
Don't let the review dissuade you, it's worth trying out. My review was based on one meal experience, this place deserves another shot.
