    We love Potbelly sandwiches! Today was the first time we have had a problem and the staff was excellent about helping to resolve the problem. Arianna was wonderful about everything!

    It's a nice place, comfortable enough, and the value is great. The food is very good and we are happy we tried it out! Service was also very good.

    I would consider Potbelly pricey. But, I love a hot (temp & spicy) sub sandwich. I get the Wreck "big" wonderful. Enjoy.

    Typical fancy sandwich shop. No "special sauces" offered, only mustard, Mayo, or oil so a little bland their. They toast their sandwiches. The kids Mac and cheese cup was not fulfilling for my 7 yo so that was a little disappointing for the price. It was good but a very small portion. Tables all over were dirty so had to use own wipes to wipe down table to eat in. Staff at this location not very welcoming.
