We recently had an experience where the store had an issue delivering our food quickly due to road construction and our order was also mixed up, this is a rare occasion but we still brought it to the attention of the General Manager, Cullen, and we were more than pleased with the solution he presented. The dough is that good kind with the airy crust that u just wanna cuddle inside of and the sauce has that perfect hint of sweet to it. “Service was good, and I enjoyed the quaint personable feel of the restaurant. I ordered the coconut pancakes and the fajita omelette. The pancakes come with a tropical syrup which was out of this world good. If you enjoy coconut, I highly recommend them. I didn’t enjoy the omelette so much. For starters, it was huge. I wasn’t used to the way it was prepared - all of the ingredients were very chunky. The onions and peppers were placed on top of the omelette instead of being cooked inside. The steak was baked in the middle in thick long strips. I had to cut through the omelette with a knife. I didn’t even eat a quarter of it, and ended up throwing the rest of it out. If I come again, I will likely just resort to the pancakes - I really enjoyed those!”

Their popovers with honey butter are to die for. It’s such a homey/cozy feel, it’s just unfortunate that they’re so tucked away in the basement of Macy’s. And the service is exceptional.
