Kabomelette Food Truck

2nd year in a row we’ve had them out for employee appreciation. As usual, they didn’t disappoint and the food is awesome! Very nice, personable and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for awesome people (support small business!) and amazing breakfast.

Kabomelette was a huge hit at our daughter's after-wedding brunch at Boom Island. The attendance was fantastic and they all raved about the food. I don't know how you make such tasty omelettes, they're a step up for sure! And substantial portions--welcome after a night of dancing. The basil blueberry lemonade and fruit kebabs were especially tasty and got loads of compliments. Chelsea helped me to right-size the order and it came out perfectly. Besides delicious, the food was efficiently served. Their brightly painted and adorable food truck will always be a wonderful memory.

Chelsea and Greg's Kabomelette is delicious! Their fare is creative and unique, and their presence in the Twin Cities community always impresses. Look for them at a food truck festival near you, or consider them for your event catering needs- you will be glad you did!

I am so happy I chose Kabomelette to cater at my wedding! Chelsea was so helpful during the planning process and was quick to respond to my emails and questions. They did an amazing job serving roughly 160 guests at the wedding and came fully prepared. The food was fantastic! I would definitely recommend Kabomelette for any occasion!

Chelsea is an awesome business person and chef. She is communicative, on time, responsible, and direct. She helped us throw a fantastic surprise party for my spouse's 60th birthday. They food was delicious and there was a great variety. I highly recommend her and Kabomelette/Lil Dipper!
