Red Rabbit Minneapolis

I love vegan pizza, and honestly their Impossible sausage pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. The agave topping really elevated the flavor — nice and complex. Can’t wait to try it again. On top of that, the service was excellent, and they didn’t even get mad at me for dropping all over their floors after I biked through a downpour to get there :)

Got the wood-grilled oysters, chicken alfredo pizza (if you love shallots then you're in for a treat!), but the star of the show was by far the toffee cake dessert. It had everything! Crunchy, moist, sweet, a little tart to balance. Just go for the cake, the pizza and pasta are just good additions.

Service was excellent despite the busy night. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome Italian. The best Caesar Salad we have had in a long time. Extra lemon flavor, which I loved. The garlic bread cheese curds are so good. And the pasta was excellent. Great atmosphere. Staff was great and knowledgeable. Good cocktail menu and extensive wine list.

Run, don’t walk, to this fantastic restaurant. Even if there is a wait, they will seat you as soon as possible and it’s worth every minute of wait time. The front of house makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time there (it was mine). And the management will keep tabs on you to ensure you are enjoying your meal. I visited after a Vikings game and it was packed. Ended up eating (by my choice) at the stand up counter by the bar. Aaron was my super-friendly and professional server. Had the pasta bolognese, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. I’m 100% Italian so I take my pasta seriously. Will be back next time I’m in Minneapolis.

Truly one of the gems of the North Loop. Highly recommend their wings and vegetable risotto.

Have had Tom as our server multiple times and he is absolutely wonderful. He's definitely one of the reasons we keep coming back!
