“I came in earlier today (4-6-2021 around 4PM) completely lost without a phone trying to get my brother to a nearby high school for his baseball practice. I asked the cashier if he could help me with directions, he said he didn’t know the way but pulled up the navigation on his phone and helped me figure out the way there. His name was Jason or Jacob, and he had dirty blonde hair. He was so patient with me which meant SO much, especially since I was frazzled with hail + downpour rain on top of making my brother late to practice. It seriously changed the tone of my evening. With covid limiting the interactions we have, it is so precious that this team has been positive and uplifting through it all. “The line was really long when we got there but it moved pretty fast. The staff are really nice and the customer service is amazing. You get a lot of food for the price and it taste really good. I Got eggs and hams and cheese and it was too cheesy so I didn’t like it. Spencer was super nice and offered to remake the eggs without cheese and they covered most of my bill since they food took too long to come out. Will definitely be going back again. Thank you !”

“It's ok. I love the food but service could be better. It has definitely improved over the last year or two. They used to mess up my order every time I went in. They weren't very friendly either. Just a bunch of teenagers who clearly didn't want to be there. I think the most annoying thing was nobody ever had name tags on, so I didn't even know who to complain about. There was one girl who worked there who had phenomenal customer service skills and she never got my order wrong, in fact she actually memorized it. I was really sad when she stopped working there. And also sad that I couldn't let management know about how awesome she was because I didn't know her name. ☹️ Again, these things have been improving over the last couple years. It's not nearly as bad, it definitely depends on who's working. ????”

“The wife and I ate supper at the Panera here in Plymouth Minnesota off of highway 55 and county road 24. We each had a salad and it was delicious. My only complaint was we could not find a table that was clean. The carpet leading out the door had a bunch of crumbs and food compacted on it and The place where you empty your plates looked totally gross. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but I really do think they could do better!”

“Asian duck completely updated their menu and now it includes more dishes with strong influence of traditional Chinese kitchen. We ordered 5 or 6 appetizers include spring and egg rolls, fried dumplings and cranberry wontons, in addition our group of five ordered different entries and nobody was disappointed with our orders. Their wine list is big, but not huge, and they have number of domestic and imported beer. Asian Duck service is fast, pleasant and attentive. If you ever visited this places I would recommend you to give them a second chance and I hope you won’t be disappointed.”

“Yesterday, introduced a friend who has never had Smashburger's grilled chicken sandwich OR sweet potato fries - she loved both! The grilled chicken sandwich is soft and delicious, sweet potato fries were fresh and full of flavor...we'll be back! BUT we think the restaurant is clean - THOUGH it is in disrepair. The table we sat at - the plastic strip on the side is half off! Someone needs to repair this restaurant - I showed it to a server and they didn't act surprised!”

“It's Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is good, the service is so-so. The last few times I have been here the service was slow and not very attentive. Me and a group of coworkers (probably 6 of us) waited for easily over 10 minutes once we were all done eating for our server to bring us our bill on our lunch hour. We actually had to flag down another waiter to get our bills for us. It was not busy either. Maybe the waiter was pooping or something, who knows.”

“This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Normally their food is awesome, with great service, but today the food was not as good at it normally is. Still gave excellent service, but the food was not as good. Many in our party said the same thing. I'll definitely go back, but if the food is a miss again, I will have to find a new spot for Mexican food.”
