“I came in earlier today (4-6-2021 around 4PM) completely lost without a phone trying to get my brother to a nearby high school for his baseball practice. I asked the cashier if he could help me with directions, he said he didn’t know the way but pulled up the navigation on his phone and helped me figure out the way there. His name was Jason or Jacob, and he had dirty blonde hair. He was so patient with me which meant SO much, especially since I was frazzled with hail + downpour rain on top of making my brother late to practice. It seriously changed the tone of my evening. With covid limiting the interactions we have, it is so precious that this team has been positive and uplifting through it all. “The wife and I ate supper at the Panera here in Plymouth Minnesota off of highway 55 and county road 24. We each had a salad and it was delicious. My only complaint was we could not find a table that was clean. The carpet leading out the door had a bunch of crumbs and food compacted on it and The place where you empty your plates looked totally gross. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but I really do think they could do better!”

“It is okay because it is McDonald's. If you enjoy thier food then you will definitely enjoy this location I stopped there because it was the only day place to stop for lunch besides a gas station. And I woke up late for work and did not pack a lunch is the only reasons I stopped. The staff was great though friendly and I did get my food fast and the order was correct. I went through the drive through around 1pm so after the rush. They do have parking and a double drive through.”

“EDIT: Caribou immediately reached out to me to inquire about my experience and has provided excellent customer service keeping my coffee business and loyalty still strongly to the Bou. This is a very unfortunate cup of coffee which is not typical of this location. I did an order pick up and it was ready in time, but my large (minus one sip to taste) is barely a medium sized and tastes terrible. There is hardly any pumpkin spice flavor or coffee flavor. It’s basically steamed milk with a dusting of spices. At almost $6, I don’t regularly stop for a Caribou and I’m now sadly hesitant to come back to this location. The two stars are for the ease of pick up.”
