“This Culver's is amazing for so many reasons. Yes, the location is ideal, and the food is amazing (burgers and cheese curds especially). BUT - I have never been to a place for a quick bite, alone or with the kids, that has staff like this. The employees are incredible. They go out of their way to be welcoming, positive, and put customer service first. Whether it's a huge order or just my kids trading in their coupons for a small frozen custard. The interactions here are always so much fun. I live nearby, and there is also a McDonald's close. That we never go to. Because this Culver's is just so much better. Note - you might wait a couple minutes longer for your food here. That's because it's fresher, better, and worth it.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We checked in 11/28/2019 and left 12/1/2019. There was a terrible winter storm, nearby areas lost power or were closed for flooding, the freeway was shut down, MnDot was even pulled off the roads. 20" + of snow came, literally overnight and the staff at this hotel did not skip a beat! The staff was beyond accommodating - they had snacks in the lobby, kept the bar and pool open later than usual since everyone was essentially trapped inside the hotel. They allowed guests to stay past check out time, since the freeway was still closed and many cars were still buried in the parking lot. I know at least 1 employee spent the night, because she couldn't get home due to the storm - despite that and all the factors working against them every single employee we encountered was smiling, cheerful and happy to help. I'm sure it was a stressful weekend for all of the employees but you wouldn't have known from talking to them, they were all great! I wish I had gotten the names of everyone we interacted with so they could be thanked personally! We would not hesitate to stay here for any future trips to the Duluth area. The pool was clean and towels well stocked. The breakfast has more options than a standard continental breakfast and everything was hot. They have a cash bar from 5-9 in the lobby, we got $1 off coupons when we checked in. Our King Bed was VERY comfortable and the room was a nice size. Location is great, right off the freeway and a 5 minute drive to the Canal Park area.”

“We spent the weekend at the hotel where Lucky's is located, so we spent a fair amount of time there. Early Friday night, waitress was efficient, but took forever to get our drinks. She was continually waiting for the bartenders. Friday evening, after concert, bartenders were awesome! Appetizers were great! Saturday afternoon, waitress was super friendly, but took a very long time to get food or drinks. Again, I don't believe it was her fault. It was faster to order from our room for pick-up, which makes no sense at all. Philly cheesesteak was greasy and tasteless. Very disappointed, as food has always been good in the past. Saturday evening, after concert, establishment was closed!! An employee told us that they closed because nobody was there. They lost our food and drink business, plus the numerous others that came in with and after us. The woman at the hotel desk said they do that often. When hours are posted, you need to follow them!”

“This place has the best staff that I have encountered in a fast food restaurant. I called to ask about the breakfast hours. On realizing that I wouldn't be able to get there on time, the staff quickly offered to take my order by phone. I did so and even though I forgot to order one thing, they gladly added to my order when I reached there. Also, I felt that they manage the restaurant really well despite being understaffed during the holidays. And of course their food is great just like other Burger King places.”

“Firehouse never fails to amaze me, this place is great. Staff are always friendly at all the locations. Anytime we’re looking for a great meal on the road or with family and friends I recommend going to a firehouse subs. I would highly recommend getting the Brisket and cheddar sub, it’s amazingly good. I’ve ran into the owner a few times and he is always nice. I recommend stopping at firehouse subs because of its high standards to impress customers and their food quality. “This is an amazing place for some delicious Indian food. The place serves very good Biryanis. The Indian curries are very delicious with a range of Spice levels from mild to hot! I would highly recommend you to try both the curry options, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The garlic naan is a personal recommendation with these curries. My personal favorite is the Kadhai Paneer, the curry has the right amount of spices and is the best in Minnesota. The restaurant has very good services and staffs are very friendly. A must visit place for some mind blowing Indian food experience. The also have buffet for lunch where they serve a lot of food options to try from appetizers to desert!”
