“We had a massive 8 person order with each sandwich having some sort of change to the sandwich and unfortunately each one was wrong (some were very minor). They called us prior to the order to confirm everything and talked the person on the phone through the order. When we got home and opened the sandwiches they were all wrong. We called them back just to let them know and the Manager said "Where are you at, we are going to come deliver the new sandwiches". We were in New Hope and the Manager drove about 25 minutes out of his way to deliver not only our original order but also a whole bag of cookies to make up for the mistake. We told them it wasn't necessary but they still went out of their way again. While it sucked that the original order was wrong, they did NOT have to go out of their way to deliver a whole new set of sandwiches yet they did. Great customer services and better yet, the sandwiches taste great!”

“This a local business - the Dinkytown location is the original and Uptown is the second restaurant. This place pop up all the time when I'm browsing Door Dash for delivery. I always pass it by in favor of our regular staples. Not anymore - this will be a place to order from when we're hungry for different pizza. This place boasts a wide array of unique types of pizzas and pizza by the slice (I've read the Mac and Cheese is great and we want to try the BBQ Steak and Fries). For our first order, we got the pepperoni and sausage so we could judge Mesa's version of a classic topping pie. Even this was a bit unique - the flat sausage on pizza isn't usually done. Perfect sauce to crust ratio - my husband doesn't usually like a lot of sauce (and I'm always needing extra) and the amount used by Mesa was a perfect compromise for both of us. Cheese had a wonderful flavor and the pie was cooked perfectly. Fresh toppings. Thanks, Mesa!”

“So don't get me wrong, I like this Domino's. The staff is kind, the prices are reasonable, and the food tastes good. That's why I rate it 4*s and keep going back. That said, I really wish they would be more careful. It seems like about 75% of the time when we go there, something gets forgotten. Sometimes it's a dipping cup or an instruction. Once, they arrived here for delivery (already late) and had forgotten our entire order. They promised to run and get it and be back in 10-20 minutes, but it was almost an hour before our food arrived and it had sat in the window long enough to dry out. This time, they forgot one of our toppings. I'm not one to complain, and I understand that they do get busy and humans make mistakes, but it gets hard to overlook when it's so consistent. We regularly pay money for things we never receive. It's always only something small, but these small things add up.”
