White Oak Inn & Suites

A great place to stay! Beautiful lobby and rooms! With a really relaxing pool and hot tub.

Stayed 3 nights.
No ice in ice maker.
After 3 days going to check out and morning management says we had a dog in a non dog room.
Our room was 10 feet from the front desk,came and went for 3 days with dog.
Manager was very rude not only to us but others also.
When we made reservations we told them we had a dog when I checked in the dog was there with me.
But the manager insisted on changing me a special cleaning fee.
Daytime manager would not give me a invoice for the special cleaning or tell me what special cleaning was performed.
Very rude day manager. If it take 3 days to figure out that there is a dog in the room what does that say about the cleaning staff?
Nothing back from the owners so that must be buisness as usual there.

We came to this Hotel and it was charming inside and had a large dining room to serve guests for breakfast. It was in a good location and had a restaurant next to it that had great food.
