Club Cafe & Deli

When I signed up for the gym I was excited to see that it had this cafe attached. I don't eat here often but my last few experiences have been less than desirable. Tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (which by the way, they are eliminating burgers and anything fried from the menu at the end of March 2017, just a heads up) and the bacon was BURNT. Not crispy or extra crispy. Black burnt. I tried to pick it out of the cheese but I didn't get it all. I brought it to the front and they just apologized and said they'd make me more bacon...But I had lost my appetite. So there went 12 bucks down the drain.

Another time I changed my order from "for here" to "to go" and they didn't notify me when it was done so I waited at a table with my baby getting crankier by the minute only to finally go up and find out it had been behind the counter sitting for who knows how long.

Also they have daily specials...But don't get your hopes up because they don't mark which ones are for "lunch" only. Was bummed I couldn't get the jumbalaya that was advertised on three different signs but apparently you're supposed to be a mind-reader to know it's only for lunch because it's not written anywhere. And the people ringing you up don't have any idea either until a manager tells them. That's pretty frustrating.

Whew...So that being said. They do have some good qualities. I've enjoyed the chicken wraps. The food does take a while but besides the bacon on the burger I've enjoyed what I've tried.
