Excellent food prepared by the Best Chef in Rochester, the serving staff are all outstanding, and the main bartender is phenomenal (she knows her stuff). Our go to date place! Very cozy romantic setting accompanied with stellar food and great service! They have new specials frequently, very creative and tasty. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

I loved this place. It is a little out of the way, but well worth. When you get to the building they are in, make sure you go downstairs. Their is a restaurant I upstairs, the signage is not clear, so it is easy to get them mixed up.

The Redwood Room is not a large space, it's atmosphere is cozy and electric. And, of course, there's lots of wood!

It reminds me of a small European restaurant. It's got personality, everyone is friendly and the food is great!

I had the Sweet Pepper Rustica. The sausage was fantastic, the pasta and sauce was good. Meals come with bread, oil and parmesan cheese.

I didn't finish my main course ( made for great leftovers!) so, unfortunately, I didn't leave room for dessert. Next time we visit Rochester we will make sure to leave room for dessert!

Oh my God. Have I not done a review on the Redwood room yet? Because this is the easiest place in town to take for granted. For starters, you enter down a flight of stairs into a dark, wood paneled room, presumably much of the wood is of the redwood variety. Once there, you are greeted by a cheerful but not overly cheerful hostess or host who leads you to a nice solid Midwestern table made of --dare I guess-- Redwood?

Everyone had a great time. The bartender was fast and very good. Our server also contributed to an enjoyable evening. Live music on a summer night with great food that everyone loved.
