Hot Hands Pie & Biscuit

Had Hot Hands for the first time today and will definitely be returning! I had their biscuit and gravy and it was delicious! You can’t bake a more perfect biscuit. Crispy, but not dry.

I’m excited to try many of their sweet pies in the future. And while I’ve never been a big fan of chicken pot pie, theirs looks so good, they may change my opinion.

I’m sure this new pie shop is on the way to becoming a Macalester neighborhood favorite!

So good! Biscuits are crispy on the outside, moist & fluffy on the inside. Service is friendly even when they are slammed. Decor is cheery and bright. Will be a favorite spot for winter, I'm sure. Looking forward to watching this baker succeed!

Wow! I heard about a new B&G restaurant so had to try it, way impressed! The menu and space are pretty bare-bones but the quality of the food is absolutely amazing!
We had the biscuit pimento plate with homemade pickled veggies and the biscuit and gravy with bacon. The biscuits are the perfect balance of crispy and flakey, pimento cheese and pickles are unique and delicious.
Last tip, get the cinnamon roll, warm with frosting! So good and just the right level of sweet. Also, very good coffee.

I was visiting St Paul recently and stopped into this restaurant. WOW! The wonderful aroma that grabs as you enter is just a preview of how great the food that are about to eat is going to be. The owner, Tara, greeted us and her disarming smile and charm led us to eat much more than I anticipated but it was all SO GOOD. The biscuit sandwiches and pie are amazing. Flavor bursts out of each bite and left us wanting more.Great and varied selection of food. Truly unique. We took some home and cant wait to go back. This is a neighborhood gem that you shouldn't miss.

This place is amazing!! The food is great! I've tried almost everything and not a bad bite all around. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Love the décor!! I can't wait to place my catering order for the Holidays. Make sure you check this place out. You will be back. You're welcome!!
