Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks

The cheese steaks here are amazing. They are honestly almost as good as she of the breast spots in Philly.
The pizzas are also to notch and the perfect size. By perfect size I mean it's enough to fill you up when is you feel starved, but at the same time you'll usually have 1-2 slices on a normal day. I have never received a pizza that was overcooked, or undercooked, and the flavor is out of this world.

Customer service is always excellent and friendly no matter how busy they are. When ordering pick-up the food is always ready in time and usually just a minute or so early giving it just enough time to cool before get home while still being hot.

This place is superb! Amazing food! Cute establishment! Super friendly staff! I can't say enough about it! The food is phenomenal! Great new find for me and my family! Yum!! 5 Stars for sure! Keep up the excellent work!

Absolutely Amazing!!! It was our first time trying Tono's today. We wanted to order everything on the menu, because it all looks so good. We tried a Phat Tony sandwich with truffle fries and the Spicy Tono pizza. Both were delicious, no complaints! We will definitely be returning. Our order was placed during the peak lunch hours. They looked busy, but finished the order exactly on time, right after I arrived to pick it up. The young woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful and made sure to point out sauces and utensils. We've been waiting for a yummy restaurant to replace the old St. Clair Broiler and this food really hit the spot!

I can't believe this used to be the St. Clair Broiler. They did an amazing job overhauling what used to be a sit down restaurant. It smells so good when you walk in.
We had a pizza and cheese steak sandwich today. AMAZING!!!!!.
Staff is so nice and friendly. Wish we lived closer. It was all we could do to wait until we got home to eat our food.
It is a great edition to the Macalester neighborhood.
