Urban Wok

I got Korean BBQ Udon Noodles, and my fiance got Citrus Orange. My sauce was pretty good, but my fiance's was pretty bland, and you couldn't taste it over the tofu and vegetables. Also, the portion sizes are pretty small for the price that you pay.

Good service, great food but portion size was way too small. $15 for a small steak and yakisoba, a regular size would have been $19. I know you weigh out everything to the precise oz, and it cooks down a lot, but I left the restaurant hungry. Hopefully the Keg and Case location gives better value for the money. Even if they are quality local ingredients, there wasn't enough veggies in my wax paper container to justify coming back. I wish you well and hope you have continued success.

I am sitting here enjoying a great local beer while I watch the gal who took my order also prepare my food. What a boss!! She walked me through the entire process without a single spec of impatience. Not sure if she is an owner or manager but props to Urban Wok and props to the excellent employee working lunchtime on Saturday 11/19/2019.

Like others, portions were small. I guess spend extra on base and protein. I just think it would be better to just have a full size, with double base and protein, and a half size. The gyoza are bite size. Got 12 but they equal maybe 6 normal gyoza. They are good though just small. Flavors were good just felt like there needed to be more explanation on portions. I ordered online so maybe in house they do a better job of explaining.

This was my first time ordering from here.
And I made the mistake of ordering through DD.
After waiting for 35 minutes for a driver to be assigned to the order and it never happening, I called the restaurant and spoke to Dan.
He stated that he had just finished the order and he would send a notification to DD to expedite the status.
Long story short: no one ever came and DD cancelled and reimbursed the order.
Dan had staff talk me through finding the restaurant and walk out my order, as I had to go pick up.
AMAZING food and an even more AMAZING staff!
Will definitely order from here again (and just not go through DD)!
