“It was super busy and we got our Togo order with a bunch of different toppings and they made them all perfect and very quickly. Good service too! Burgers were hot and juicy with good quality meat. I think the fries are a little generic but my ex loved them with the Cajun seasoning. I tried that last time and didn't like it but I think I just don't care for the fries.”

“We really only come here for the grab and go desserts. They are generally fast and efficient and we are on our way with some of the best cheesecake in the cities. “The food was great as usual. The issue I had was with the staff. One particular employee doesn't seem to understand the concept of the gloves while preparing the customers food. I watched her with her gloved hands hike up her pants, then turn around and proceed to prepare a customers food still wearIng the same gloves. She then proceeded to the back of the store to get to go cups. Brought them out opened them and put them away. All while still wearing the same gloves. If it wasn't for the fact that there is hand contact while wrapping the burritos and filling the bowls the gloves probably wouldn't be as important. I literally had to tell her that I wanted her to change her gloves before she touched my food. Standing in that line for a good 30 minutes and not once did she wash her hands or change her gloves after all that she was touching. Pulling up her pants on 3 occasions that I saw. Not knowing what she may have touched in the back really scares me for others not paying attention. Again my food was great!!”

“Everyone locally knows that Pizza Luce has great pizza and sandwiches. for Vegan and/or Gluten-free folks, this is your place. They are the gold standard for vegans. There are many locations for convenience. We visited the Selby location this time. Our server was friendly and attentive. We never felt ignored. We ordered a gluten-free baked potato pizza and regular classic, Maximus style. I loved the baked potato pizza. Sometimes I just need pizza without a red-sauce base. It was fantastic! And the group liked the gluten free crust better than the standard crust. They also have a decent happy hour and good beers on tap including some local. I had a craft wine cocktail, summer refresher. It was very light and a great summer drink. They have a good looking dessert case but we were too full to try any.”

“I had the absolute best customer service that I have ever had at a Pizza Hut ever. My husband and I called ahead while we were already on our way to get carry out (knowingly that our pizza wouldn't be ready when we arrived) however when we arrived we were KINDLY greeted right as we walked in and the woman at the counter (Cat) not only had an exceptional attitude but seemed super happy to have us walk in. Moments later after ringing up our order one of the cooks swung by the counter and apologized that our order wasn't ready yet (once again we expected to wait) with such kindness and hospitality we ended up tipping more than the purchase of our order... “This is a fairly newer place. You order at a counter. The gal that helped us was very nice and helped us understand the menu. I was so excited to try the Korean Fried chicken but found out that it's all dark meat. Not a fan! So that was disappointing. I ended up building a bowl. Sorry to report but it was just like any other place where you build a bowl. The sauce was pretty good though. Overall, I probably will not go back.”

“We had an amazing night at the Lexington last week. It was so fabulous, I needed to leave a review. We live in the North Loop and rarely make the journey across the river. Our night at the Lexington did not disappoint! The hostesses were nice and attentive. When our table wasn’t quite ready (diners that had been there for going on 3 hours) they found us a spot elsewhere and kept us updated until it was ready. Our server was amazing! Johnny On the spot and was always available. Food of scallion mash, beet salad, veggie burger and regular burger was delicious. Not a dud in the bunch. To top it off, it was jazz night and we enjoyed a wonderful ambience as well. Thanks to the Lexington! We will most definitely be back.”
