“Boonies has been one of our favorite restaurants for a few years. Boonies is about a 45 minute drive for us, but we gladly made the trip every week or two. The food has always been exceptional and the service great. Not so much lately, though. Our last few visits have had marginal service at best. The waitress's are slow to respond when we sit down and do not check for drink refills very often - and actually manage to avoid eye contact for service. The toppings on the pizza have been reduced by about half and they are never cooked 'quite enough'. Last week we went up for Friday night fish, arrived before 7:00, and were told they were already out of fish. We have had such a steady stream of disappointments at Boonies, which was our favorite place to go, that we are taking a break. I hope they get their act together, because they used to be great.”

“This dairy queen was honestly the fastest dairy queen i have ever been too. I took one of the kids i was babysitting with me and he is super fussy. The lady at the counter was super patient and was very helpful and helped him pick what he wanted. “Well where do I start. For the few places in farbo that there is Asian food this is one of the top places. Food is normally fresh all of the time. Workers are always checking the food for quality. You pay and get cups and get your own food and eat. They clean up the places. This place is good for food on the go. Only thing that seems a bit steep is the price for 4 people is about 30+ dollars. Located just off of highway 35. Stop here for good hot food!”

“My mom and I decided to stop here on our way back from Minneapolis for a dinner, and it was an excellent choice! They have many gluten-free options, the service was good although they seemed understaffed in the front of the house, and the food was delicious! I ordered spice level one and it was borderline too much spice for me. So if you can't handle much spice, definitely go for the zero option. The veggies were cooked perfectly, tender yet still with a nice crunch. My mom loved her meal, and she's usually not fond of takeout Asian food.”
