“We placed an online order with our local Pizza Ranch on 4/1/21. Order was placed at 6:10, estimated delivery time was 6:47. I know this is delivery time is estimated, but by 7pm we had no pizza and no call on when it would be here. I called Pizza Ranch to ask the status of our delivery and the girl's response was "he left but we don't know where he's at and he has several orders, so all I can say is it's on the way". Which obviously to me as a customer, is no help. Pizza showed up at 7:14 and by that time, our pizza and chicken fries were soggy and the warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie they have special right now was nowhere near warm or gooey. I was very disappointed, having spent $50 on a cold, soggy, late supper. So, I left feedback regarding my online experience. Businesses don't know there's a problem unless they receive feedback so I left it. Let me note, we have always had good service from this location, which is why this frustrated me even more I'm sure. The following morning, not even 14 hours after this ordeal, the owner contacted me by phone and personally apologized for the poor experience and offered to make it up to us. Lyla has exceptional customer service and takes great pride in her business. This was above and beyond exceptional customer service. Thank you!!!!”
