“Great food, unique menu, classy yet casual atmosphere, and experienced service with adequate prices. We reminisced over dinner celebrating our fifteenth anniversary and appreciated our perfect choice of restaurants for this venue. I must mention that they have the best fries I've ever had: Maybe blanched? then fried in really hot, clean oil which gives each fry a light, crystallized, crispy coating to savor before the warm and tender potato center melts in my mouth. We've already decided to revisit on the next birthday even before I won a $10 gift card for my evaluation of an awesome medium rare California Burger that included egg and fried avocado in a smooth, toasted, warm, and fresh bun. They also had quick refills on great coffee. Excellent place!!”

“We placed an online order with our local Pizza Ranch on 4/1/21. Order was placed at 6:10, estimated delivery time was 6:47. I know this is delivery time is estimated, but by 7pm we had no pizza and no call on when it would be here. I called Pizza Ranch to ask the status of our delivery and the girl's response was "he left but we don't know where he's at and he has several orders, so all I can say is it's on the way". Which obviously to me as a customer, is no help. Pizza showed up at 7:14 and by that time, our pizza and chicken fries were soggy and the warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie they have special right now was nowhere near warm or gooey. I was very disappointed, having spent $50 on a cold, soggy, late supper. So, I left feedback regarding my online experience. Businesses don't know there's a problem unless they receive feedback so I left it. Let me note, we have always had good service from this location, which is why this frustrated me even more I'm sure. The following morning, not even 14 hours after this ordeal, the owner contacted me by phone and personally apologized for the poor experience and offered to make it up to us. Lyla has exceptional customer service and takes great pride in her business. This was above and beyond exceptional customer service. Thank you!!!!”

“This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but not obnoxious. Its what I want and expect from a dinner. The staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Especially @.$. WHAT A DELIGHT to have wait on you. Always smiling prompt and punctual. Makes having to wait food seem like a privilege and always makes you me laugh. The wait staff must be hand selected by someone who knows whats up, up front. I know I have 15+ years of serving experience. Food is pretty good, some classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Bring your friends or family here. Burgers are always perfect. Not sure how they can be so consistent but they are. Has to be magic.”
