This was followed with a barrage of suggestions, some were awesome...others not so much. In the end, though, I had experienced exceptional customer service and some much needed “Minnesota Nice,” and had found EXACTLY what I was looking for...and from a fellow Denver Broncos fan, to boot! “The General Tso chicken is very sweet here. Unlike anywhere else, but I really like it. Sesame chicken is very similar to general, just with sesame seeds. Also sweet and tasty. We ordered chicken lo me in one time and got chicken wings instead. The wings were actually very good. Big wings, tasty the next day as well. The steamed dumplings were the only thing we didn’t love and only cause it didn’t come with any dipping sauce. Have had it 4 times in the last month and will continue eating there in the future and will recommend to family and friends. While eating fresh in store is best, if you hit a busy time, you’ll wait a long time. I recommend ordering ahead of time and take it to go. I believe it’s literally just a wife and husband team working there.”

“Good Panera bread. Store is clean, staff is quick. We were there at 11 and they were mid-flip. Customers need to understand that there is ten minutes while they switch from brekky to lunch. Better yet, just call it, throw up a sign at 11 that says "pardon the wait, changing to lunch, back in five".anyway, great store”

“I love the roast beef sandwiches they serve here. I had the $5 meal of a roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and a drink. Great deal. Filled me up and I had some leftover to take home. The service here was superb. The young man who took our order was very personable and patient. While waiting for us to decide on a meal, we had a great conversation. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.”

“Food is 5 stars, staff is 5 stars. Price, location, and entrance is 4 stars. Pricey for the portions served in my opinion, but I understand that ties into their premium location. That said, it's always a pain to get in and out of the parking lot since it's so densely filled with other popular businesses. I understand there's some give and take when it comes to what is convenient and what is profitable. That said, the inconvenience is worth the trouble of eating here. It's superb ????. So the lost star simply because the experience isn't 100% *perfect*.”

“I went in with my husband and we ordered 2 regular hamburgers for each of us. (4 total) Even though each burger has 2 patties, we don't order fries and we were super hungry. The burgers were good and quite juicy, but I'm wondering if that's because they have a high fat content. I wish they had more of a condiment area because I ordered mine with mustard and catsup, but there was very little of each. I ordered with onions, but there were not that many. I ended up getting some on the side, which was better. The bun is a bit compressed and pasty once you start eating it. I've had these before and they were good, but tonight was different. The people were nice, even the cook staff. My only complaint was that as we were eating, the cashier was doing some side work before she left and was sweeping the floor near us. I really hate that because even though she was sweeping slowly, there tend to be dirt particles in the air while they sweep. I'd say for the value...$31. for 4 burgers and 2 people, I'd rather go have a burger that includes fries for about the same price or a little more.”
