“We've been here multiple times since they opened and are huge fans. Great gluten free options. I'd be happier if the containers were filled to the top, that would make the price seem more worth it. In-store orders yield a better result for your pizza night since you can monitor how your pizza is being prepared. To their credit, most of Papa Murphy’s team will accommodate your request to take a little extra care in preparing your pizza. The Shakopee store earns 4-Stars only because one should not need to keep employees accountable for producing consistent high-quality product. “I placed an on line order for a 5:45 pickup, when we arrived at the time, the drive through line was into the street. We decided to go into the store to pickup our order and found out that there was only two employees working. I do not know if others were scheduled or not, but I do want to commend the two that were there. They were very busy but our order was correct and they were very pleasant and personal. “The buffet idea is "pay more eat more" but one only eats so much per meal. A Chinese buffet with an abundance of choices makes sense for the money but at The Ranch there ends up being just a meal, meat, potatoes, some pizza, not as good as some of the competition and some soft ice cream. They could improve with lots more choices otherwise the price doesn't make sense.”

“Good Panera bread. Store is clean, staff is quick. We were there at 11 and they were mid-flip. Customers need to understand that there is ten minutes while they switch from brekky to lunch. Better yet, just call it, throw up a sign at 11 that says "pardon the wait, changing to lunch, back in five".anyway, great store”

“I went in with my husband and we ordered 2 regular hamburgers for each of us. (4 total) Even though each burger has 2 patties, we don't order fries and we were super hungry. The burgers were good and quite juicy, but I'm wondering if that's because they have a high fat content. I wish they had more of a condiment area because I ordered mine with mustard and catsup, but there was very little of each. I ordered with onions, but there were not that many. I ended up getting some on the side, which was better. The bun is a bit compressed and pasty once you start eating it. I've had these before and they were good, but tonight was different. The people were nice, even the cook staff. My only complaint was that as we were eating, the cashier was doing some side work before she left and was sweeping the floor near us. I really hate that because even though she was sweeping slowly, there tend to be dirt particles in the air while they sweep. I'd say for the value...$31. for 4 burgers and 2 people, I'd rather go have a burger that includes fries for about the same price or a little more.”
