“I love the roast beef sandwiches they serve here. I had the $5 meal of a roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and a drink. Great deal. Filled me up and I had some leftover to take home. The service here was superb. The young man who took our order was very personable and patient. While waiting for us to decide on a meal, we had a great conversation. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.”

“Food is 5 stars, staff is 5 stars. Price, location, and entrance is 4 stars. Pricey for the portions served in my opinion, but I understand that ties into their premium location. That said, it's always a pain to get in and out of the parking lot since it's so densely filled with other popular businesses. I understand there's some give and take when it comes to what is convenient and what is profitable. That said, the inconvenience is worth the trouble of eating here. It's superb ????. So the lost star simply because the experience isn't 100% *perfect*.”

“I went in with my husband and we ordered 2 regular hamburgers for each of us. (4 total) Even though each burger has 2 patties, we don't order fries and we were super hungry. The burgers were good and quite juicy, but I'm wondering if that's because they have a high fat content. I wish they had more of a condiment area because I ordered mine with mustard and catsup, but there was very little of each. I ordered with onions, but there were not that many. I ended up getting some on the side, which was better. The bun is a bit compressed and pasty once you start eating it. I've had these before and they were good, but tonight was different. The people were nice, even the cook staff. My only complaint was that as we were eating, the cashier was doing some side work before she left and was sweeping the floor near us. I really hate that because even though she was sweeping slowly, there tend to be dirt particles in the air while they sweep. I'd say for the value...$31. for 4 burgers and 2 people, I'd rather go have a burger that includes fries for about the same price or a little more.”

But the cashier was fast ( courteous ) in a reasonable time my order came up . ( A Double Bacon Cheeseburger combo w/ fries and a soda . w/ a Frozen Custard Concrete Reese's cup and Banana mix ) the diner reminded me of an old fashioned Ice Cream Parlor . the kitchen was open bay VERY well kept clean. “Food was good. Customer service was so so. We had a $3.00 coupon that we had received in exchange for turning in box tops to my son's school. It had expired 12/31/18 but we had just received it recently. They wouldn't accept it. Seriously, we spent $50 but they wouldn't take a $3.00 coupon off just to make the customer happy? That is not very good customer service. We'll think twice before we order again from somewhere that cares that little about making a customer happy. Update - I contacted the email address below as requested. I received a prompt reply and was offered a gift certificate. The gift certificate arrived in the mail and was very generous. It also included a hand written apology. Davanni's did a nice job of making up for the poor customer service.”
