My husband and I came here on a weekday at 3 pm, and the place was nearly empty. We were immediately seated and had our drinks ordered and delivered pretty quickly by a man named Eric. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and it did not take long to get our food. We had a walleye sandwich and a burger, and both were delicious.
The view was great, and the slow turning floor garuntees plenty of time to soak in the view in all directions. It's definitely a unique dining experience, my only critique is on the lack of menu options and the pricing of the food. I don't care where you are, macaroni and cheese really should not cost $16.

We came here for my friend's birthday party; we have been wanting to come here for a while, always hearing about the rotating restaurant I'm Duluth but never really making time for it.

The views are fantastic. As the restaurant slowly rotates, you get a full view of the city - the harbor, the hills, everything. Amazing. We were particularly fascinated by all the insect life on the windows, so many spiders! So high up...

The staff were also quite wonderful, very polite and attentive. Our server was so nice, frequently checking in on us and going the extra mile to take photos for the birthday, offer suggestions, etc... Wonderful human being. That said, I feel like he could use a few more people working with him. I got the feeling that staffing was not at ideal capacity... Maybe a management improvement opportunity?

The food was okay. The salad was quite literally a piece of unprocessed lettuce with a few garnishes, though the steak that she ordered as an add-on was prepared perfectly.

I had the veggie/black bean burger, which was a pretty standard black bean patty with the typical fixings. Fries were okay, not bad but nothing to really write home about, you know.

It was the same for Sky, who got a Bleu and Bacon burger; pretty good, not great.

We all ordered the dips to share, and while we really enjoy the dips themselves, the veggies were an odd choice: a mix of steamed (yet chilled?) cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli, a few pieces of bread, and (admittedly delightful) brussel sprouts.

One note on the food - everything (other than maybe the salad) was arranged beautifully, the presentation of the burgers and the dips was Insta-worthy, so someone put some time into making them look great.

Overall, worth the visit, though the quality of the food could be stepped up to really make this place shine. Staff were 👌👍💯✨.

Breakfast was very good. Chicken and waffles had a unique honey glaze which was delicious. Reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. View of Superior and Duluth are beautiful. Comfortable seating. Staff was friendly but unattentive. Restaurant appeared short staffed.

My friend and I went here on July 22nd. The atmosphere was inviting and the views were just incredible. Our server Tony was amazing! The food was also very good. While the menu was a limited as they were doing a soft reopening during my visit, it was amazing and offered something for everyone. We both got the spicy chicken sandwich, it was juicy and the breading had the perfect crisp! Definitely will visit again.
