“The night I was there was exceedingly busy. The Lead on the front line looked like he was simultaneously conducting the New York Philharmonic orchestra and landing fighter jets on the deck of a Naval Carrier! He was throwing burritos, tacos and bowls together with expert madness and precision. I heard him tell another Prep Line team member that they had 38 on-line orders on the rack and there was a line out the door. This guy just kept the line moving and under control. He is a high value employee!”

But it shouldn't take that long. Then basically after we got our food, we didn't see our server at all. Then we got our bill and just basically sat there waiting for him to come back. “Wonderful service. I didn't have time to eat in so, I ordered take-out. Vietnamese egg rolls were rolled up tight and the taste was all that I hoped they would be. I also enjoyed the springrolls which are served cold with oyster sauce for dipping. Very refreshing. I ended lunch with a grilled pork noodle salad also very refreshing. Altogether, my bill came to around and the service was good.”

“We stayed at the Water's Edge hotel in Duluth last night (Sunday) ordered pizza, was a nice surprise to see a deal for "late night" pizza $9.99 lg. Anyway, pizza was delivered to our room, it was hot and delicious, the dude even brought us plates and cups which was great because I forgot to ask even though I ordered a 2 liter. I know this is probably common sense to bring plates and cups for a hotel delivery but you all know common sense isn't all that common anymore!! High fives and congrats to Papa Johns in Duluth from our family for running a great shop and knowing how to serve your clients! Needless to say we will remember this for next time we're here!!!”
