“I placed an order on the app to pick up on my lunch break, I got to the store right when it said my order would be ready 9:25am and the store isn't open, I tried calling and some generic answering machine picks up and says mailbox full goodbye. Tried calling customer support and it's all digital and gave me the run-around. I sent an email and hopefully I hear something back. Huge waste of my lunch break. **Update** Around noon I received a call and an email from two of the owners apologizing that their opener didn't show up for work and to issue a refund. I understand that this happens and I'm happy with their quick response.”

Our waitress came a short time later so not nearly as long as I thought. Great service, food came out quickly and drinks were fab. “Having first eaten at a Jimmy John's in Dickinson ND ..I never wanted to try one again. My daughter convinced me to try this one. I am really glad she did! It was quick (even with a long line), fresh and delicious. They really listened and gave me NO grief about my tomato allergy. Also, when we asked for wet wipes the first guy said they didn't have any (his third day) and we hear from behind him, I got you covered. He dampened some of their paper towels and brought them to us at the drive thru, along with dry ones. My opinion has changed. But not in North Dakota.”

“I remember Pizza Hut being a lot better when I was younger. Trying it again in my adulthood, I can conclude that either the quality has declined or my memories made it out to be a lot better than it ever was. The employees are nice enough, and I've been treated respectfully. The pizza is still good, but the pricey menu makes it difficult to justify coming here instead of House of Pizza or Domino's. Overall, I had a decent experience but wouldn't come here more than once or twice a year. The pizza's quality doesn't match the prices they charge.”
