“Stopped in 3 minutes before close. Was worried and felt bad because I’ve worked in the food industry and know how frustrating it can be. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely seemed to be in a good mood, not just wearing their customer service face. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and can honestly say that it was the best burger I’ve ever had. I don’t know if I just don’t have high standards or if it was genuinely that good but it made my night. It was seasoned to perfection and tasted like they use real cheese instead of the yellow Sheetrock that McDonald’s and Burger along half way melt onto their patties. “The staff was great. Very engaging and attentive. I ordered boneless wings because I prefer boneless. Got ranch as a dipping sauce. They were all cooked perfectly and crispy. The honey habanero had a good kick but not too strong. The spiciest sauce called "100% pain" is indeed spicy. I usually think American spicy when eating spicy foods here in the USA but this was legit Asian kind of spicy. It also tasted great with the extreme heat. I love spicy foods and I have a big tolerance. The third is the Texas BBQ flavor. It tasted great as it had a slight smoky taste to it. The house cut fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Overall this place is amazing and I definitely will come back to try other sauces and foods here.”

“I have been going to the Starbucks on Division for a little over a year now and the baristas are the best ! They are always willing to try something new, share their drink ideas, and just brighten your day ! I typically just get a blonde triple shot of espresso over ice topped with oat milk. They are so easy to work with and always so helpful ! One day in particular, I was looking to buy a certain cup as a gift, but every location I checked it was out of stock. The manager asked what I was looking for and took it upon himself to make sure I got the cup. Needless to say, I walked out with the cup and a free drink on top of it. Excellent customer service. I have had nothing but good experiences here. If you are in the St Cloud area, stop by, you won't be disappointed !”

“I placed an order on the app to pick up on my lunch break, I got to the store right when it said my order would be ready 9:25am and the store isn't open, I tried calling and some generic answering machine picks up and says mailbox full goodbye. Tried calling customer support and it's all digital and gave me the run-around. I sent an email and hopefully I hear something back. Huge waste of my lunch break. **Update** Around noon I received a call and an email from two of the owners apologizing that their opener didn't show up for work and to issue a refund. I understand that this happens and I'm happy with their quick response.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazingly friendly staff, consistent quality of food and clean feel. I see a lot of complaints of long waits and food not being readily available.. they work inside of a 10 x10 box and pump out hundreds of orders a day. If they do the right thing and make stuff fresh, it takes too long but if they have them up for order, people complain about the quality of product. I’ve seen people be outright rude and disrespectful to the employees and still the team members never turn rude or short with guests. Keep up the good work guys!”
