“Before I even thought about writing this review, I write other people's reviews because normally when it comes to Dairy Queen, it's a certain kind of taste or flavor that people go there for, not the speediness of the service. When I had visited Dairy Queen in Owatonna I had ordered the same thing, I order every time, and that's the George mud fudge, I had to return it twice because it was wrong, I think it was just due to like faulty training, not their fault could be but I'm not gonna make a cashier cry. I mean, if they knew what they are doing, and I'm sure they would do it. Also, a business owner who takes the time to reply to reviews is a very attentive and few and far between, so thanks for that. As for the food prep or kind of guessing what the customer wants before they kind of even want it or anticipating what they want and dropping the food before you know, they finish the order in the drive through probably help you out.”

“Best fast food pizza in town. Friendly staff, great service, and you never have to wait in line when you're doing carry out. Food always tastes hot and fresh as well (not to mention they put on a lot of toppings!). Ive ordered a lot of pizzas from them and have had a few wrong orders (it happens) and they're always quick about redoing it without giving attitude like some other places in town. Overall great place to get pizza from. You cant beat the $5.99 mediums and $7.99 large 3 topping carryout deals.”

“No complaints about the food or service! Food was hot and cooked in a timely fashion! They went thru the orders swiftly. Staff was extremely upbeat and friendly. After the customers were taken care of the manager shoveled the sidewalk and below the curb which was a great touch!! The one thing that put a damper on the visit was the heater was out so it was cold in the dining room. The company got sent the wrong part or they ordered the wrong part?! Idk but staff was tolerant of these shenanigans! Amazing they were able to stay happy without the heat!!”

“Was in town for a few days on a public safety system install and everyone there told us to go here. They weren’t mistaken! It was good... no, amazing! It’s exactly what we were looking for. They don’t take cards, so bring some cash. Most daily specials are between 5 and 7 bucks. Comes with fries and a can of soda. Wished we would have found it earlier, cause it’s good every day of the week! Great tasting burgers... I’ve heard their breakfast sandwiches are amazing as well. Might have to make a special trip (2.25 hours for me).”
