“Made my first trip to Roma for an early dinner service on a Friday and it was delicious. We ordered the toasted ravioli for an appetizer - which was arguably my favorite part of the meal. Highly recommend. I also got the old fashioned, which was great. For our entree, I got the Chicken Alfredo and my wife got the Roasted Chicken. I was a HUGE fan of the Chicken Alfredo, and would definitely order again. Overall a great experience and service was on par with what I would expect from a nicer establishment. Will definitely be back again!”

“Unfortunately not as good as it was. Over the past year or so, the food just does not seem the same. The taste and look, to me, has changed. They definitely need to do something with the kitchen ventilation as well,you can smell the deep fryers from the front door before waking in, and the inside is extremely kitchen grease food smell. Granted this establishment is small, but no tavern that serves food should smell like a greasy spoon in the bar area. I've only lived in the area for a few years now, but have really seen a change in this place. I originally loved it an ate there a couple times a week, but now not so much. I still appreciate it and patronize it ( it is the only bar in town) and will continue too. They have done some nice work outside with tables for eating and drinking and have live music more often as well. The beer is always cold, the pool tables are decent and overall a friendly inviting place with very good people and staff.”

“Normally I really enjoy the food here, go about 2/3 times a week, work in Owatonna live in Waseca, today we ordered two burritos one just meat and beans the other no onions. Unfortunately this has happened a few times. The one of just meat is good, but I was looking forward to the beans and my husband hates onions so he won't be eating his, and doesn't feel like driving back.”

“This is perhaps the best BBQ I’ve ever eaten. Oftentimes I find *some* thing I’d change about a place but not here. From the server who greeted us to the owner who was packing a ginormous catering order to whomever skillfully smoked the meats everything was top notch. This is an unassuming spot from the outside and completely unpretentious inside. They’ve focused all their energy in great food! St Louis ribs were fall off the bone, tender lightly smoked and coated with a sweet sticky glaze. Pulled pork, too is nicely smoked with a bit of tooth to is so it’s not mushy like it can be some places, not overly laced with fat or connective tissue either. Brisket, what can I say… again near smoked perfection! The absolute best thing here is the Mac & cheese! This is literally the best I’ve ever had. I do this pretty well myself but this is better than my own! If I was ever to do a BBQ spot, I’d do it exactly like this. If I could give it more stars I really would.”

“Good seafood fajitas. Scallops are not bay scallops so they are really small but overall good fajitas. Chips and salsa are good. Highly recommend the fried ice cream. It is enough for two. It is a big scoop of ice cream covered in honey cornflakes and deep fried. Served on a cinnamon deep fried shell and covered in whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with a maraschino cherry.”

“If you haven't tried Grace's, you really need to. Cindy Nacho's are awesome plain, but even better with any of their homemade salsas. Like some spice? Try the green, or jalapeno salsa. Regular hot or mild? Check. Pico? Check. Something sweet? Just ask. Want some burritos? They have some great ones. I like the chili burrito (hamburger). It has a chili sauce over the top. Add black olives and sour cream and mmmmm! I've never tried it, but they offer a gravy over the top too. I hear it's amazing.”
