“I used their drive-through option. My beverage was prepared as ordered & very promptly. The employees I dealt with in my 3-4 stops there, have all been very friendly & professional. It's a very new location & a brand new building, I have no doubt that choosing to go inside, I'd still enjoy fast, friendly service in a typical Starbuck's 2023 decor. I'll continue to stop by there.”

“I stopped by earlier this afternoon to grab some coffee. I usually go through the drive-thru even though there is usually a line. Today I decided to run inside. I placed my order and after only a few minutes of waiting the customer who placed her order before me decided to go off on the staff saying they were slow and had terrible customer service. The staff remained calm and professional and apologized for the wait. Not even 30 seconds later she is going off at them again. Once again, the staff stayed professional, but at this point I had enough. I exchanged a few words with the customer stating how it's obvious they are very busy and are moving as fast as they can. She obviously still did not agree. None the less I just want to say I have experienced nothing but great service from EVERYONE I have interacted with at this location. I'm sorry your staff were treated like this, and I appreciate all of you and your hard work!”
