“I used their drive-through option. My beverage was prepared as ordered & very promptly. The employees I dealt with in my 3-4 stops there, have all been very friendly & professional. It's a very new location & a brand new building, I have no doubt that choosing to go inside, I'd still enjoy fast, friendly service in a typical Starbuck's 2023 decor. I'll continue to stop by there.”

“I stopped by earlier this afternoon to grab some coffee. I usually go through the drive-thru even though there is usually a line. Today I decided to run inside. I placed my order and after only a few minutes of waiting the customer who placed her order before me decided to go off on the staff saying they were slow and had terrible customer service. The staff remained calm and professional and apologized for the wait. Not even 30 seconds later she is going off at them again. Once again, the staff stayed professional, but at this point I had enough. I exchanged a few words with the customer stating how it's obvious they are very busy and are moving as fast as they can. She obviously still did not agree. None the less I just want to say I have experienced nothing but great service from EVERYONE I have interacted with at this location. I'm sorry your staff were treated like this, and I appreciate all of you and your hard work!”

“The pizza had been sitting there a while. It got busier and more pizza brought out, but even fresh didn't really taste that good. Sadly disappointed, was really looking forward to it all week for my son's birthday. We even mentioned it's his birthday, that day, 12 years old, and the cashier didn't even say happy birthday. Down in Mankato, they were always polite and excitedly said happy birthday when told of any birthday and thank you for spending your day with us. The Oak Park Heights one, barely said anything and frankly I felt like I was interrupting her by coming in. ????”

“Came in and they were extremely understaffed, saw 3 little young white girls looking extremely lost behind the counter. Ordered a Philly, was good except for the bread...it was just a bit hard around the edges. Got some tacos they were great, a lot of lettuce but nonetheless still wayyy better than any taco bell. Got the Oles and Fries both were extra extra extra salty however still good. As I was waiting for food a young kid came in and was looking all happy about it and proceeded to walk back to the kitchen, the girl making my philly asked "why she couldn't get a phone call if hes going to be 15 mins late?", he responded with "well you came in 30 mins late yesterday" at this point you could feel the tentiom in the air, needless to say they went back and forth either way should of been handled in the back not in front of customers so had to unfortunately give it the 3 star”

“This is the closest White Castle for people on the western side of Wisconsin. My parents live in Hudson and I have made the trip here many of times! Excellent food and great service, people are always friendly and accommodating with your order. The location is nice to eat at also. I absolutely love the cheese sliders and chicken rings.”
