“We had the cheese steak and Cuban sandwiches, both were excellent! Came with seasoned fries or tots, $12 and $13 so we thought fairly priced. It's not clear when you come in where to go or how to order - it's full service only at the bar, the counter is for to go or you order and they bring it to you. Have the pull tab lady be more welcoming and helpful and it'll go a long way to making your guests feel welcome and not lost and stupid as they figure it out on their own. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars.”

They have significant issues with making sure your online/app order is absolutely correct before you pick it up. “Turns out Google ratings are accurate again. I passed on going here a few months back because it only had 3.9 Stars. I was in neighborhood again and took a closer look at the reviews and seeing they were kind if all over the place, I decided to check the place out and make up my own mind. I'll start with the good. The taproom is an exceptional space, beautiful, with a view of the brewing equipment, big windows and garage doors that let in lots of natural light. If feels like a place I want to hang out. The service was fantastic, friendly staff and owners. The pizza looked fantastic, done to.perfection and the sausage was delicious, however, the sauce was way too salty, like painfully so. All things considered thus far I'd have to rate them at least 4 Stars. Unfortunately the most important thing, the quality of the beer, was on par with the worst reviews I had read. I had two, the Australian Pale Ale and the Pilsner. Folks who know their beer know that there's noting to cover up imperfections in a traditional European Pilsner. I was pretty sure I was picking up DMS, vegetal off flavors in the pale ale. Actually my nose sensed it before I even tasted the beer, but it wasn't an awful beer. There was enough hops and toasty malt to drown most of it out. Then Itried the pilsner. For sure DMS. It was the predominant flavor. It was terrible, a true dumper. This beer should not have ever made it on tap. Beers like this will ruin a breweries reputation in short order. Most people won't bother to complain, ask for a refund or write a detailed review. I liked the space and the service, so I want to see them succeed. I hope they accept this as constructive criticism and take steps to avoid repeating the mistake. Based in some of the previous reviews, I am not the first person to point out an issue with the quality of the beer. I hope this review gets their attention.”

“Love love love this place! The fitness classes are fun, they push you, and I always burn a ton of calories. Everything I would want in exercise. And for such a reasonable price, you ALSO get one of their shakes - healthy, low in calories, and DELICIOUS. “Pizza always tastes great! Their sauce is so robust and they load it with plenty of toppings. During peak times delivery can take a bit (only reason I didn’t give them 5*), but there is no delivery charge. Staff is always friendly and their online ordering system works great.”

“Good food, but there seems to be issues on the communication inside the restaurant. My wife and I ordered a supreme pizza and Pizza fries. We go pick it up, and they charge us for both, but only give us the pizza. We ask for the pizza fries and they say "you didn't order them". My wife then asks, "if we didn't order them, then why did you charge us for them?". They respond with "oh sorry, our computers are not working right". We sat there while they made the pizza fries, no discount for our current order was offered to make up for the wait, and no discount was offered toward any future visit to make up for the wait. Good food, but this was the latest small issues that they've had, and since there are so many other places willing to work to ensure their customers are satisfied, we'll be trying them for the foreseeable future.”
