(December 23, 2019, 2:27 am)Service was good. Food was not cooked as we ordered. Steak was overcooked, chopped steak was ordered medium. It came to the table with burnt charcoal around the edges, and very well done. A foreign piece of plastic was in my wifes plate, which the manager said had nothing in her kitchen that looked like that.

(November 17, 2019, 2:28 am)After being seated at our table we had to wait for over 20 minutes before being waited on. I asked for a manager and we received a new waitress who was awesome and sweet. Our food was delicious. Other than that small hiccup, we had great service.

(October 28, 2019, 7:50 am)5 Stars ???? for the Winchester Location in Memphis, TN and 5 Stars for the Southaven, MS Location. The Poplar Ave Location I Memphis, TN should just close their doors. Jen the manager at the Winchester Memphis, TN location is 2 weeks new and performing awesome also a real sweet heart customer service and customer satisfaction at its best.

(October 6, 2019, 12:47 am)The food was good. Service not so good. She actually carded my 50yr old(tomorrow) husband and since he forgot his wallet,as usual, she would not serve him a mixed drink. Didn't even ask him if he would like anything else.
