(December 23, 2019, 5:27 pm)Food was good but the wait in the drive through was like an hour and the line wasn't even that long. Completely ridiculous! It was like they started cooking your food once you were at the pickup window and paid.

People are just angry around here, don't let that discourage you -

(November 10, 2019, 1:43 am)Went today had them 2 read my order back 2 me just 2 make sure they had it rite but needless 2 say, I get my order go 2 my next stop and order is wrong. I went back they corrected my order and gave me a complimentary coke. I didn't wanna go back but at least they offered me something 4 the inconvenience????

(October 31, 2019, 7:23 am)It's Steak 'n Shake...we got in right before the end of Happy Hour and got milkshakes for 1/2 price! I had my favorite(the Royale) and it was good. I really hate their tiny fries, but for good cheap food what's wrong with that! The waitstaff leaves something to be desired. Yikes!
