White Pillars Restaurant and Lounge

My wife and I were pretty excited checking this place out. We invited a few friends to join as well. We started off with this seafood tower and it was pretty good. Also the Korean pork belly is a good appetizer. When it got to my entree which was their catch of the day, it looked pretty sad. At least my wife’s dish looked better but her hen was slightly overcooked. For the price that I paid for my entree, I was expecting much more food. Their cocktails were pretty good here. I enjoy the atmosphere, there’s a nice bar/lounge area that you can hang out. Overall, it was a little disappointing. I will have to give this place another chance, another time.

White Pillars is back better than ever!!! Our last visit to the Pillars was in 1984 and so many great memories there while visiting Biloxi. Heavily damaged by past hurricane, the restoration was incredible and the dining experience is absolutely exceptional!!! Starting with the warm southern hospitality greeting the minute you walk through the door to the beautiful bar lounge room. Justin is an outstanding bartender and his take on an old fashioned is by far one of the best I’ve had. And he definitely will put a smile on your face!!! The oysters three way is a perfect start with the fresh baked bread. The duck satsuma was incredible. And Misty served everything with a beautiful smile. And one last comment , which some may think a bit strange, but their men’s room is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. If they maintain their restrooms that way, their kitchen must be spotless!!! So when in Biloxi make sure you experience The White Pillars!!!!

So good. Glad we gave them another shot. Did take out awhile ago and it didn't turn out.
