“I've been coming here since I was about 3 yrs old. I grew up next to Johnnie's Drive Inn and my granddaddy would buy me ice cream a few times a week here. I brought my kids growing up and now they bring their kids. Just keeping the tradition going. The ice cream is so wonderful. One of the best I have ever tasted. Picked the safest burger on the menu since it was my first time here so got the “Bulldog” pretty much a bacon cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and mustard. The waiter stated that burgers here come medium well I said that was fine. Fair warning if you don’t want pink hamburger meat, order it WELL. I was expecting the meat to be seasoned but it seemed plain. Fries were great and wait wasn’t too long for the food. Over all it was “OK” at best. Wished it would have been seasoned instead of just a plain meat taste.”

“This was my first visit here. I'm from out- of- town so my cousins who live here recommended this place. It is easy to spot from the street which was great because I don't know the area. It is clean, well lit, and the decor is beautiful. Our order was taken by Roman he was very professional, fast, and friendly. EVERYBODY greets you no matter of they are helping you or not(awesome customer service). The bathrooms are pleasantly clean. The food looked and taste amazing. There food is fresh, light, and filling. They offer salads, sandwiches, soups and sides. There are numerous options to try. I will definitely be back!”

“I've always wanted to try this place and my girlfriend's birthday was the perfect excuse to finally try it. I was not disappointed. Reservation recommended. With one we were seated promptly. Landing somewhere between casual fine and upscale dining it made for a great atmosphere for a wonderful date night and birthday dinner. The food was amazing, I recommend trying the potato crusted red snapper and the cocktails (rusty mule) was delicious. Pricey, but not as much as I anticipated, for the area. Our server made sure to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion. Mentioning her birthday, he offered dessert on the house and it was a creme brulee cheesecake that was amazing as well. A great dining experience and definitely look forward to going back and trying other menu items.”

The place is clean, "cool" and charming, we loved the eclectic touches in the decor, and the carved wooden bench from Mexico on the second floor is amazing. Good food, friendly staff, also. The owner said to come back during the dinner hour, it'll be packed, but we enjoyed eating in the relative calm, ha! I'd go back in s heartbeat, but we live 12 hrs north! Lol...”
