“This Shell station is top in the line of gas stations whether their own chain or another station. I work close by and in the establishment just about every day varying in hours. I can say in regards of all shifts, they are the best .The food is always hot, pleasant, helpful staff, and very clean bathrooms. My thanks to all connected with the station especially Ms Judy”

“Parking asphalt and gravel. Well lit, a few locals park here. 2 showers $10 if you bring your own towel otherwise it’s $14. No sink, counter or toilet. Low water pressure. Takes a while for the warm water to come through. I was great full to have a shower. I didn’t look at the fuel prices DEF at the pump on the end. Air and water at each fuel lane. Minimal food choices. Looks like they’re going to be adding fast food in the back maybe. cashiers that I dealt with were very helpful and polite. Overall I was happy with this location.”

“Very clean and chic dining space. If you are looking for a place to order and go, that isn't going to hurt your wallet and fill you up, look no further. We drove from Belden after hearing great things about Ms. Tammy and her cooking. My kids approved and I cannot stop thinking about the Surf and Turf fries!! They do have a bathroom and a few seats inside if you choose to wait, we saw a few folks just waiting in their vehicles.”

“First time eating at Lava Wings, I ordered a X-Hot six piece wings with fries and they're actually quite great! Although the wings are small, they are spicy and crispy like I expected to be, and it even comes with one small stick of carrot and celery, that's even better!”

“I had a section reserved on last Sunday for their first R&B Night at the new location. Upon entering, and giving them my name, I was told half my party had to there in order to be seated. 🙄🙄 You didn’t get half of my $300, is what I wanted to say. I told the gentleman that I reserve large sections for the space, not necessarily the head count. I don’t care if it’s 3 people, I still might reserve a section for 8, just so people can be comfortable. Also, when I booked it was only that option and a tabletop for 4, which I didn’t want. Besides that, I enjoyed it, and will definitely return, but I’d suggest figuring something else out when it comes to telling people they can’t be seated when their money has been paid.”

“We needed somewhere quick (but good) after church and Mod Burger (now Tupelo Burger Company )didn’t disappoint! I got the peanut butter burger and it was delicious! It tasted very fresh and was cooked perfectly! The staff were very friendly and our food arrived quickly. The fries were really good as well. The Cajun fries are really spicy but the regular ones are perfect. I definitely recommend!”

“It took a few social media posts with delicious-looking plates of food to give me the courage to try the latest restaurant in the ever-revolving location on S Gloster. Don't let the hand painted signs deter you from trying some of the best Mexican food we've ever eaten. Salsa: It had plenty of flavor and was just the right consistency. Do yourself the biggest favor and ask for a bowl of hot sauce (dont expect an orange liquid...this is the real deal). A spoonful of it in your bowl makes the salsa the very best in town, hands down. That stuff was incredible. Pollo Loco: strips of chicken cooked down in a red sauce that had lots of flavor and a nice kick of heat. The chicken was tender, and the heat elevated slightly with each bite. It was served with tortillas and rice and beans. Carnitas: Just the right amount of fat for flavor, and the perfectly cooked pork had an authentic taste. The avocado was a great compliment, and an added drizzle of the homemade hot sauce from earlier was also good. Sides: Neither of us liked the rice or beans very much. They lacked flavor, but weren't very important on the plate in comparison to the meat portions. The waitress was attentive and friendly, but still learning. We were most impressed with the manager that checked on us a couple of times and noticed how much we were enjoying our meal. When we bragged on the hot sauce, he brought us a small to-go cup to accompany our leftovers. He seemed very genuinely pleased that we liked the food so much. The restaurant interior has changed significantly since I was in there last, now having brick walls and all new decor. It was clean and inviting. *After our delicious meal a couple of weeks ago, we returned for a post-church Sunday afternoon meal with our daughter. I ordered the Taquitos Mexicanos, and they were not crispy or flavorful. The beans were 100% better, with plenty of salt and flavor. My daughter ordered fish tacos, but received steak tacos that were very overcooked with a burned flavor to them. She wasn't able to eat her meal. The carnitas today were 90% fat, and it was uncomfortable to watch every bite be chewed and then spit into a napkin. We had the same waitress that didn't speak English well enough for us to get things corrected, so we just paid and left. It wasn't the wonderful experience we had before, and was much more expensive without lunch menu prices since it was Sunday (the only day without lunch discounts).”

“Pig shots are to die for! Beer is reasonably priced and the staff are very welcoming. Spent a few hours at the bar and we never went without service. Can't wait till they get a dart board or a pool table! Would be great to see kareoke and trivia or something of the sort here in the future.”

“Love this place!! I come here everytime I visit Mississippi. I'm from Michigan and it's hard to find delicious fried pickles and jo Jo's! The employees are always fast and friendly. Their gas is always the cheapest (although mostly all gas in Tupelo is cheaper than Detroit). They had closed for remodeling and the changes are great. Although this is a gas station it is always on my spots to visit list! I always recommend this place when I here my friends are traveling to Tupelo. It is well lit, clean, organized and thank God the bathrooms are pleasantly clean.”

“It's such a fantastic and unique spot. A lot of places try and sell similar items, but this place goes above and beyond. All products are on the shelves so you know what in your food/drinks and they are very open when you ask them questions. The loaded teas are amazing and the bowls are an absolute must try. Dragon bowl was my personal favorite. Go for the bowl stay for the vibes and amazing owners.”

“lovely restaurant environment, extra lovely people. they were so kind from the moment i walked in to the moment i left. the food is fantastic, uniquely and wonderfully flavored. i got the sesame chicken, and it was PERFECT— nice and crispy, perfect sauce, doesn’t sit “heavy” on you. they also recommended the red curry!! you can choose your level of spice for the dishes (i got mild, it still had the perfect amount of kick if you’re a baby like me). i walked in and ordered to-go, and they had it right out. they even put a precious little smiley face on all the containers which i thought was just a cute lil touch. i wish i could leave another 5-star review for this place. highly highly recommend.”

“Best hole in the wall. Gyro is the best. That's all I eat there. Only because they are fantastic and not expensive. By the looks, burgers are great also. I wouldn't go fast food without trying this spot. Been eating here for over a year.”
