Skimpy salad! Brandon franchise should take lessons from Byram on how to construct a full-size apple pecan salad!

Easy to drive in and out, because of the exit from the restaurant. Always fast, and friendly service. Food is hot and tasty. Fresh lettuce and tomato. Your soda has the right amount of ice.

Edit: I was contacted by the store manager and I do appreciate the effort that went into making my experience better. I have since gone back to this store several times without issue and have updated back to 4 stars fron my last review at 2 because I haven't had another incident since. Leaving my original written review below for my explanation on why I gave this star rating.

I used to have this Wendy's at five stars and honestly? I wish I could have kept it that way. The food quality is good, but I have left this store on my lunch break multiple times over the past two months missing a burger. The inspiration for updating this review, unfortunately, was that when I drove back around the drive through to get my missed burger... they handed me the wrong one. They gave me the wrong burger. I was excited to try the new pretzel burger, but I guess now I'll leave it be.
