    I've passed this place enough times to build up an appetite for it, though the name convinced me that it sold something other than southern comfort food.

    Despite that interesting surprise, the food here was good. Though the sides I ordered with my Tuesday plate (macaroni and cheese, steamed squash and a yeast roll) tasted fine, the real star of this plate was the fried pork chop. I'd come back here just for that, and in due time, I will.

    I ordered the roast beef through drive through. The meat was tough and it only had 2 small carrots in it. Was not appealing to the eye and tasted as if it had been there a long time.

    Great home-style cooking.Good food value.Very clean atmosphere. You will enjoy it!!!

    Good variety of meat and vegtables, especially when you don't feel like cooking.
