JJ's Cafe

JJ's Cafe has the best coffee in town. Fast, friendly service. Food is good ol' home cooking and large portions. If you leave hungry you didn't do something right. The weekend mornings get fairly busy, so plan on a short wait for a table. Never had an order wrong or cold. Again the menu is simple, but every choice is worth it.

Very nice, clean restaurant. Service was excellent, as was the food. Will definitely be back!

I have to agree with the previous guide. Read a few reviews online and decided to stop by here for brunch one weekend and there was a long line. We got seated rather quickly, but must've waited an hour or sofor our food. We tried to flag down a waiter/waitress three times and did not get our water or coffee. We wouldn't mind the wait if we could just get some water or coffee first. Seems like a place with decent food, but don't expect much service. Expect even much less when it's busy. We gobbled down our food and left as soon as we could. The place was also kind of tacky with a mouse trap on the wall for some reason, I think it was humor but both inside and outside needs some serious upkeep if they wanted to attract us again. We don't plan on going back for brunch anytime soon.

I will start by saying my food was absolutely delicious! We arrived at 9:55am; we didn't get our food until 11am! My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich that came with cheese, well there was no cheese on it. We informed the waitress; instead of ordering to replace the sandwich correctly she bought out a cold slice of cheese on a saucer. When we went to pay the bill there were no prices on the ticket and we had to wait for that. I highly suggest NOT to go on a Sunday morning.
