Murry's

Classy is what they aim for. Service is excellent if you go when they're not busy. Food can be hit or miss until you figure out the menu. For me it's Chicken Poblano, with a side of mashed potatoes. Brock's pepper rings, frog legs, cheesy bread, or Bob's Bobs for an appetizer, and almost any of their desserts, especially the gooey butter cake. Pro-tip use the light on your phone to read the menu. It can be very dark at times. It's one of my favorite places in Columbia; favored by the locals, so it isn't swarming with students.

We had a wonderful night out at Murry's! There is usually a wait but we lucked and sat next to the piano. It was so nice to listen and enjoy the warm atmosphere. My wife had the filet which was perfectly cooked and I had the seafood linguine that is always flavorful meal. I've been coming here for 12 plus years and it never disappoints! It's one of the best restaurants Columbia has to offer.

Best food in town. They have a wonderful atmosphere as well. Great staff. And they're open usually to 1am!

Some things just don't change! Excellent food, fast service, live jazz.. Everyone was super friendly.. In town one night.. Murry's was our pick!

This place is great! The wait is long so try to come a little before the rush. Its definately worth the wait thought. The food was amazing and the price point is just right. The service was good and the waiter was friendly and had great recommendations! I highly recommend this place.
