“This was the first time I have tried their online ordering. Was impressed with how easy it was. When my husband arrived to pick up the order it was not ready. Then the person behind the counter said it would have been done on time had they not had to remake our order. While ordering I used the customize button to select what I wanted to remove from our salads and sandwiches. I also put special instructions in the comments to have all dressings and sauces placed on the side. The person behind the counter implied we did not order correctly and that the delay was our fault. He then explained that they caught the mistake and remade our food at their expense. Ya, ya think? All the ordering and special instructions were entered correctly and if the ticket was not read all the way through how is that the customers fault? Not impressive customer service. We only came every once in a while and wont be returning.”

“So normally I'm not super excited about gas station food/pizza but if your hungry it'll fill a void. Northern Lights though.... pretty great pizza gas station or otherwise. Grabbed a small personal pizza for the drive and I'm honestly impressed. Flavor is great, not spelled in grease or butter, nice crispy bottom to a soft dough. Flavor combinations of cheese, sauce, meats is wonderful. Really all around well done. I'm positive I need to try something other than the breakfast ham that I got but I'm confident I won't be disappointed.”

The drive in was only available due to COVID 19 and you have to honk to get the attention of the order taker but I guess that is part of their charm. The drive in menu arrangement is not super obvious but it can be figured out easily. I had the beefy nachos and a cheesy enchilada and enjoyed it. I will be back, glad I went.”

“Food was excellent, among the best sushi I've had, but the service was terrible. I've only been once so it may have just been that it was a busy night or that our particular waiter was just bad but I'm not sure that I would go back. The layout of the restaurant was also a little cramped. There are two narrow aisles between tables so if you're headed to the bathroom (or to the bar because you're tired of waiting for the waiter to come back and get you a drink), you have to wait for traffic to clear up to get by. Our food took a long time to come out, but at least they recognized that and brought us some appetizers on the house. We had a late night reservation so probably shouldn't fault them on this, but there were a few things they ran out of that limited our options. They ran out of Dunkel so I had to go with another drink option that was good, but not really what I wanted. They also ran out of Salmon which we weren't told about until after we took the time to decide on our order which meant we had to reconsider half our choices. While I may be nitpicking a bit, all the little inconveniences and issues added up to a somewhat frustrating and disappointing experience that I'm not likely to attempt again soon. As far as recommendations go, we really enjoyed the crossroads roll. Yin and yang was like half flavor, half not. We really liked the half that was wrapped in seaweed (not sure if that was yin or if it was yang ?). The mango tango was also really good. The spicy roll kinda lacked in flavor compared to the others but wasn't bad.”

“It was my first time eating here and I found the staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. The burger was cooked well and they have a lot to offer for toppings. Ordered a regular size order of fries and that was plenty for two people. They have an open kitchen which is nice. I like watching my food being prepared. The cleanliness is probably only three stars because most of the tables had not been wiped down from previous customers. Overall I think Five Guys is a great place and will definitely go back.”
