“some of the friendliest staff I have come across and they really do take the time to give attention to their regular, in-store customers. Very new location so everything is clean and functional. Seating options are comfortable and plenty of power outlets to choose from aside from the satellite tables. Bathrooms are spacious, clean, and very modern. Comfortable patio area, albeit, a little small, but very functional. There is some road noise and a lot of vehicle traffic so bring headphones or earbuds.”

“I walked into Brick House Coffee around 11:30 am on a Saturday. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman that assisted me in the ordering process. I didn’t know the drill, do you bring the food, and coffee or? I had lots of questions, this gentleman has good customer service skills. I got my latte and was glad I swiped right. The Swipe Right was everything as advertised, and more, it was delicious. I sat at a table by the window and took in the scenery while waiting for my food. There are many quaint areas for sitting and talking, eating or working. I’m impressed with my Verizon phone service in this building, but I noticed they offer WiFi if needed. My food arrived and I had to take a photo. It just looked it it was going to be good, and it was. The gravy had just a little kick. I could have done without the “green stuff”, but it makes it look prettier. I finished my food, cleared my table and visited the restroom. The decor in this room doesn’t really match the vibe of the rest of the place, but it’s clean, had warm water at the sink and I didn’t have to try to guess how to use the paper towels! I hope to be back soon, with some coworkers for a coffee break.”

“The employees/manager that worked tonight are OUTSTANDING! Extremely kind and willing to help me out because I didn't have my phone which had their app on it, and had my $ loaded on it and points I use all the time. They were very busy because they were closing up for the night and lots of people in the drive thru. With all that was going on, the manager (I believe), stopped what he was doing, came over to me and he helped me with my issue. He wrote down a specific phone# and explained what to do. He knew his employer (Starbucks) like the back of his hand and treated me with respect. He was very kind, caring and knew exactly what he was doing. He should be running his own store. I wanted to thank him and all the employees working tonight. Props to you for running the Starbucks in Belton, MO like a well oiled machine!!”

“Beautiful modern Panera location. Great food. My only suggestion is that this place would benefit from huge, colorful signage out front on the road showing salads and other food. It is very easy to miss this Panera when driving by because the sign is small, white and not the typical logo. Take advantage of your awesome location with big signs that draw people in!”

“Had to wait for 4 min before anyone addressed me in the drive thru. I'm not familiar with the area, so I'm not aware of hours of operation. I started looking it up and my phone moved slowly. A young lady answers unenthusiastically. A young guy comes to the window, takes my card and asks to confirm part of my order a number 9 with dress fries. I was willing to wait. However, a man comes out with 3 orders, so I know that I wasn't just waiting for fresh fries but other orders. I was initially in line alone. Aa soon as I was there it picked up. It was hard to tell they were open. My food was perfect had no complaints. I just waited too long on both sides. They were mostly friendly. Thank you to those who were helpful. The 2 guys.”
