Spices Asian Restaurant

I was next door at the D.O.R and smelled the aroma of this place. Went in and ordered to go. The soft egg rolls were different from what I've ever had but very good. I'd call them more of an entree and the sauce is divine! I also got the combination fried rice that was also different, not much sauce but very flavorful. I'll go back. As I walked in I checked out what others were eating and they all looked good. Pho is next on my list.

I tried orange chicken. I was expecting what you get everywhere else. But this was very different. There is no thick sauce that clings to the chicken. I thought it was soup. It tastes like like orange zest soup. It wasn't bad but not the greatest. I am assuming it is more authentic than other places. I wasn't a huge fan of the crab rangoon either. I would try it again but I would get something else.

My husband took me on a date and we found this little gem. Met the owner and she was so friendly. Our food was amazing, fresh, and plenty. Had left overs for another meal. Priced well especially since the food was fresh and well presented. I had shrimp and chicken pad thai. Husband had pad see ew with chicken and beef. Will be back very soon.
